When is the campsite open?
Our campsite is open from April 1 to September 30.
Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a PMR mobile home suitable for people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool, reception, sanitary facilities and snack bar are also accessible. If you have any specific requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Where is the Loperhet campsite located?
Our campsite is located in Plouharnel (56), between the Ria d’Etel and the Gulf of Morbihan. You’ll be 2km from the sandy beach of Kerhillio, 7km from the Alignements de Carnac and 35km from the beautiful town of Vannes.
Where's the nearest beach?
The nearest beach to the campsite is 2.4 km away by car, or 1.5 km across the dune. The beach is accessible on foot from the campsite via a small gate and by following the path through the dunes. It’s just a 20-minute walk away!
Are dogs allowed on the campsite?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite, but only on camping pitches.
Our mobile homes are not suitable for dogs.
Is it possible to barbecue?
Yes, barbecues are permitted on the campsite. However, we don’t supply barbecues, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Is wifi available on the campsite?
Yes, wifi is available on the campsite with the purchase of a ticket from reception: 4€ per day or 20€ for the week.
Can I leave my car at the campsite?
Yes, there is a space available for your vehicle on every campsite or in every accommodation. Only one car is allowed per pitch or mobile home.
The gate at the entrance to the campsite closes at 11:00 pm to ensure peace and quiet at night.
Your stay
What are the arrival and departure times?
- Mobile homes: from 3:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am (with inventory)
- Campsite pitches: from 2:30 p.m. and departure before 12:00 p.m.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cheque, cash and vacation vouchers. The balance of your stay must be paid on arrival.
For the snack bar, orders can be paid for in cash, cheque or credit card.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my stay?
For mobile homes, we require two deposit cheques. An initial cheque for 300€ for the mobile home and a second cheque for 100€ (or 120€ for the 3 bedrooms) for cleaning. Deposits will be returned to you when you check out or destroyed.
If possible, deposits should be sent in advance by post to facilitate your arrival at the campsite on the day.
Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?
Please contact us in advance and we’ll explain the procedure for your late arrival.
Can I put a tent next to my mobile home?
No, you’ll have to take a campsite reserved for this purpose.
Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool?
No, swimming shorts are not allowed. For swimming, you must wear boxer shorts or briefs.
Buoys, balls and games are not allowed in the pools.
Is television available in mobile homes?
TV is available as standard in the “Confort 6 places terrasse”, “6 places 3 chambres terrasse” and PMR mobile homes.
For other types of rental, it’s possible to rent a TV for the duration of your stay for 5€ / day or 22€ / per week.
Are sheets provided in the mobile home?
No, bed linen and towels are not provided in the accommodation. Don’t forget to bring your own.
Is it possible to have an electrical connection on a campsite?
Yes, this is quite possible by selecting it on the day of your booking. For electrical connections on site, remember to take an extension cord and a European adapter.
How do I use my cancellation insurance?
In the event of cancellation and if you have taken out CampezCouvert insurance, you can report a claim on their website http://www.declare.fr
General terms and conditions of rental
GENERAL
All rentals are by name only and may not be transferred under any circumstances.
All campers and hirers are required to comply with the campsite rules and regulations, posted at the entrance or on our website. In particular, to refrain from making noise on the campsite between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., out of respect for everyone.
Any infringement may result in the expulsion of the offender, if necessary. Customers are responsible for looking after their own personal belongings, and the campsite accepts no liability for any incidents for which they may be held responsible.
Minors not accompanied by their legal guardian are not admitted to the campsite.
Visitors are required to report to reception on arrival and pay a visitor’s fee in accordance with the internal regulations. Visitors will have access to all campsite facilities, with the exception of the aquatic area. Any person arriving in addition or during the stay on a pitch or in a rental, and not
registered initially, will have to pay the “camper” fee and the tourist tax, even if the capacity of the rented accommodation is greater than the number of people registered at the time of booking.
From the 2nd vehicle onwards, the “additional vehicle” fee applies, even if the vehicle remains parked in the parking lot located within the grounds and at the entrance to the campsite.
RESERVATIONS
The reservation becomes effective only after receipt of the duly completed rental contract accompanied by payment of the deposit. On receipt of the documents, we will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail or post.
The balance of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival. No reduction will be applied in the case of late arrival or early departure, or for the number of people announced.
In the absence of a written message from you specifying a later arrival date, the pitch or rental will become vacant after the arrival date stated on the rental contract, and full payment for services will be required.
LOCATION EMPLACEMENT
Arrival at 2.30pm and departure before 12am.
If these times are exceeded, an additional day will be charged.
MOBILHOME RENTAL
Arrival 3pm and departure before 10am and 9am if housekeeping package.
Various deposits (cheque, CB or cash) will be required on arrival: 300 € for accommodation + 100 € or 120 € (depending on the number of rooms) for cleaning.
When you move into your mobile home, you will be asked to make an inventory of fixtures. The tenant must check his accommodation carefully and report any anomalies immediately, or by the following morning at the latest. If no damage or shortage of equipment is noted, and if cleaning is carried out, the deposit will be returned. If this is not the case, the bonds may be retained and cashed according to the estimated loss. If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the difference up to the amount of the damage.
During your stay, you are responsible for your rental property, which must be returned in a perfectly clean condition, both inside and around your plot.
ANIMALS
They are not accepted in our rentals, only in camping pitches.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly forbidden.
Pets are only allowed on the campsite under supervision and on a leash, and must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. They are forbidden access to the sanitary facilities and children’s play areas, and must relieve themselves outside the campsite or be collected.
SWIMMING POOL
Children under 12 must be accompanied. The aquatic area is strictly reserved for guests staying at the campsite. In accordance with European regulations and hygiene rules imposed by the ARS, only 1 or 2-piece bathing suits are authorized for swimming, board shorts are forbidden.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The campsite offers optional cancellation insurance (4.5% of the total cost of your stay) with our partner Gritchen Affinity, who will reimburse all or part of your stay if you take out CAMPEZ COUVERT insurance.
In the event of cancellation, please notify the campsite by post or e-mail as soon as an event preventing your departure occurs. If the claim is covered by the general terms and conditions available at www.campezcouvert.com, you must notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide supporting documents.
If the booking is made without taking out cancellation insurance, no refund will be made.
MEDIATION
In accordance with the provisions of article L1612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any campsite customer has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with the campsite operator.
