The 9 kilometers of fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic coastline allow you to practice water sports activities in complete safety. The beaches are protected on the bay side.

Eighty kilometers of marked trails crisscross our countryside, away from traffic. They will lead you from the beaches to the forest, through the dunes and the moors, and will make you discover the isolated villages and their chapels, their old fountains and calvaries. Some of them can only be covered on foot, others are suitable for bicycles or mountain bikes, but all of them give you a glimpse of the soul of our country.

In the park of Keravéon, you can use the fitness trail which winds through the forest and offers a wide variety of exercises for everyone.
